All your data is stored on our servers and only shared with other cloud providers such as OpenAI (for AI models), Clerk (for user login/signup) as needed for core functionality. All of this data is secured with the best industry standard practices.
Deleting your data/account

We can not delete individual pieces of data but we can however delete your entire account.
You can delete your account, along with all associated data, by sending us an email. In your email, please include the email address associated with your account. Our team will process your request within 48 hours. After this period, we will no longer retain any data associated with your account, including your apps and app history.
Your userās data

To help you understand how users are using your apps, for MetaGPT and Chatbot apps, we collect analytics which includes the user input as well as the AI response.

Only you (the app creator), Pico and OpenAI have access to this data. The data is stored securely in our database, and we don't use this data for any purpose other than to let you the app creator access it. OpenAI does not train on your data, and only retains the data for 30 days after the original API call. You can read more about OpenAIās data privacy policy here.
